Due to the difficulty in acquisition and lack of variety, Chamt looked for
suppliers of die attach adhesives in the U.S. for some time and finally decided
to work with Vitoteck and represent their die attach adhesives－both conductive
and non-conductive. In the conventional lead-frame type die bonding, our
products have been qualified at many companies. Our adhesives have shown very
good results on palladium-plated lead-frame also. We are currently developing
adhesives for lead-free process. In the area of non-conductive adhesives, we
offer B-stageable adhesive and several fast or snap-cure adhesives.
Our idea of an adhesive is to offer products that work with a customer’s
process and not the other way around. Therefore, if you have a new process, or
